Shion blinks as she steps through the doorway and into an unfamiliar room, a bemused expression on her face. It all happens in the blink of an eye, like in a movie. Blink, and her apartment is gone. Blink, and the familiar furnishings have been replaced by something unfamiliar and unsettling.
Blink, blink, but it doesn't go back to normal.
It takes her a few moments to regain her thoughts, a process that is fast tracked when she sees another person. She offers an easy, sheepish smile. ]
Oh, I'm sorry. I must have gone through the wrong door. Ahaha. You'd think I'd know where my own apartment was by now...
[ Even though she's sure that's not the problem at all. ]
B. Changes
[ Shion can be found hanging around in various areas, sipping at a latte. They had lots of specialty drinks at her work, but none that were quite like this. It's one of many new sweets that she's tried since arriving, including pumpkin ice cream and pumpkin chocolate chip cookies, and even a pumpkin cake.
It's still an unpleasant situation overall, but indulging in the various novelty junk foods is improving her mood a little bit. ]
Hmmm~ I'll have to tell Uncle Yoshirou about this... I bet it'd be a hit at the cafe.
[ The thought of being ale to bring recipes and ideas back home with her brings about a bit of good cheer. ]
C. Pumpkins
[ It's hard to miss all the colorful, carved pumpkins scattered around the town. For her part, Shion is content enough to merely observe them. They're clearly watching, waiting for something, though she can't say what that something is.
What she does know is that she doesn't want to be caught doing it. After all, it's unlikely that they're even really watching. It's far more likely that it's just a tool for something more sinister to spy on them.
All the more reason to make sure they only see what she wants them to.
So she pretends not to notice. That is, she will unless she sees someone else choosing to mess with them. Good or bad, her gut tells her to not get involved with these things.
So, the Good Samaritan she is, she'll approach with a cheery expression. ]
... Oh, you should probably leave those alone.
