It's weird, but... there's never anybody working here. You just take what you need, swipe the card, then leave... I don't even know how everything gets restocked, either.

Anyway... they don't have a very wide selection, but they do have the basics, at least. I haven't tried to see what happens if you leave without paying, but I bet it's not any good.
