While Lina wouldn't hesitate to blast Zel, there has always been something about Zelgadis in a temper, or bad mood, that throws her off. There is a part of her that would rather just blast him, but food.... Maybe she can learn, after all.

"I'm going to let that slide because there's nothing but food surrounding us. And maybe I'll be gracious enough to forget it, because you're probably grouchy and need to eat, too," Lina so magnanimously offers.
